Welcome to Operations North America
You’ll be part of Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will drive the implementation of the Operations business plan. In the team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the industry, build knowledge, and network in the renewables space. As a team, we invest significantly in employee development, and from the moment you join us, we’ll support your personal and professional growth.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • helping identify risks and mitigation within the business plan area
  • supporting workstream owners in various project management areas
  • gathering lessons learned and create recommendations for future improvements
  • regularly updating Operations leadership team on progress.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, business or related major
  • are a rising junior or senior
  • have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • are interested in renewable energy
  • have an interest in Project Management.
