For many families, the land is more than an asset. It is part of a livelihood, a legacy and a way of life. Hosting renewable energy infrastructure can provide an additional source of income while allowing many landowners to continue farming, ranching or managing the land around project equipment.

We work directly with landowners to understand how they use their land, what they want to protect and what kind of agreement works best for them.


A renewable energy agreement is a long-term decision. Our role is to explain the process clearly, answer practical questions and stay accountable once a project is built. We believe strong partnerships are built through realistic planning, clear communication and honoring our commitments.

Renewable energy projects take time. Not every early conversation becomes a project, and not every project moves forward on the same schedule. We keep landowners informed as plans develop, questions come up and decisions are made.

Taking care of the land


We produce the power communities need today while caring for the land they will depend on tomorrow.

During project development, we look for opportunities to restore native ecosystems, improve habitat and conserve important lands. Our work includes prairie conservation in Kansas, prairie preservation in Texas and playa lake restoration in the Southern Plains.

We also plan projects around how land is used today. Many landowners continue farming, ranching and managing their operations alongside renewable energy projects. We work to be a good neighbor by communicating clearly, maintaining project areas and planning responsibly for the full life of the project.
