Join us in this role where you’ll identify and enable the execution of critical offshore activities both on and offshore, contribute to continously improve day to day operation(s) and team development and play a vital part in enabling safe access to Offshore assets to ensure operational continuity accross our windfarms.

You’ll be part of UK West Planning where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure all offshore and onshore execution requirements are prioritised, effectively planned and scheduled, and executued, on time - supporting high level programme delivery and asset performance, Your work will directly support the performance and safety of our offshore and onshore operations.

You’ll play an important role in:
- developing and maintain detailed technical work plans for maintenance and operational activities
- ensuring resource allocation and scheduling align with operational requirements and efficiency goals
- monitoring work progress and adjust plans as necessary to optimise performance and minimise downtime
- ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and operational regulations
- supporting continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process optimisation.
To succeed in the role, you:
- proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling within a technical or engineering environment
- experience in the offshore wind, oil & gas, or renewable energy sectors
- proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
- effective communications, Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to align planning efforts with operational needs.
