Product Owner for Structured Contract Settlements

Join us in this role where you’ll responsible for driving the roadmap and ensuring the platform meets the needs of our expanding trading strategy. You'll coordinate across change owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, audit-compliant solutions that support structured contract settlements at scale.

You’ll be part of Global Billing APAC team within Global Revenue Services where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a growing and dynamic team that plays a critical role in enabling Ørsted’s trading operations. As the team scales to meet new strategic demands, you'll help shape the future by priotizing development, ensuring system reliability, and unlocking value through agile delivery.

As a team, we collaborate across functions and locations to deliver high-impact settlement solutions, support each other's growth, and continuously improve how we work.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • being the Product Owner for a large ART team of Subject Matter Experts and IT developers supporting the settlements of Ørsted’s structured contracts
  • driving the implementation of new contracts in our settlement system, as well as the development of the system itself
  • coordinating efforts across teams to ensure fast implementation of new features and contracts
  • collaborating with stakeholders and prioritizing the backlog to ensure the team focuses on the most value-creating features
  • following up on product adoption and business value created by the team
  • ensuring the ART team thrives and works well together

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  •  are structured, ideally with excellent hands-on project management experience
  • take responsibility, act proactively, and move things forward
  • have good experience with PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements)
  • set clear expectations and push back when necessary (e.g. when a product isn’t mature enough to be picked up)
  • thrive in an informal and team-based atmosphere by collaborate across teams, functions, locations, and cultures, while also working well independently.
