We offer you an intensive two-year learning journey that will allow you to develop your talent, boost your career, and play your part in creating a world that runs entirely on clean energy.

Step closer to a career with purpose

This is a development program for new graduates who want to step into a fun and challenging role within their field and learn on the go.

To qualify for the two-year program, you should have graduated with top credentials and have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of business, finance, law, procurement, engineering, science, IT, or other related fields.

If this sounds like you, simply apply for one of the advertised graduate positions online. If you’re accepted into the program, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work in two to three different departments at Ørsted on a rotating schedule, giving you the chance to work on several projects to build your experience and knowledge.

When you’re hired as a graduate, you’re hired as a permanent employee from day one.

Applications for the Ørsted Global Graduate Programme 2023 in the US will closed October 8, 2022. Find out more in the How to apply section.
